Brad Klaffer

Global CEO


Financial exec with over 20 years’ experience at the strategic board level focusing on growth, acquisitions and cash flow management. +

Brad is an advocate for creating a strong internal culture around the brand and communicating that externally in an open and transparent way to attract the right skills and capabilities for ongoing success.

Simon Manasseh

Head of UK Operations


Simon is a trained engineer and has worked in the off highway capital equipment industry all his career for dealers and manufacturers in the UK, European and African markets.+

He has headed up dealerships in the UK and Africa and most recently ran the aftersales operations for the largest forklift truck dealer in London.

Simon brings an in depth understanding of the customers needs and the issues they face, especially with the importance of health, safety and compliance today.
He thrives on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that he fully understands the customers issues by always placing himself in the customers situation. 

Lee Smith

Business Development


Lee brings his knowledge and keen interest in technology within MHE and globally to CIIQ.

Understanding the operational challenges faced by businesses and offering real world solutions.+

 Lee has the ability to demonstrate the technology and comprehensive benefits clearly across multiple levels.

Johnathan Newman

UK Support Specialist


Jonathan has accrued valuable experience when it comes to delivering support, having worked closely with clients from a diverse spectrum of industries across multiple platforms and systems.+

He brings with him a solid background in programming and testing which has helped him develop a strong skill set to suit the role of support and problem-solving. His understanding that being able to manage the expectations of the customer and deliver a high level of support are the most important aspects of any support role.
